About Ethical Guardianship Solutions
At Ethical Guardianship Solutions (EGS), we believe that integrity, compassion, and accountability are the cornerstones of protecting vulnerable populations. Founded by Nicole Godfrey, M.S., M.Ed., National Certified Guardian, EGS provides expert consulting, ethics education, and leadership development for organizations serving in guardianship, behavioral health, and public service sectors.
With over a decade of experience leading large-scale guardianship programs and developing public policy, Nicole built EGS to bridge the gap between ethics and everyday practice. Her vision is simple: to strengthen systems of care by empowering professionals with the tools, training, and insight to serve ethically, effectively, and with measurable impact.
